TUBITAK Science Talks

As part of the TÜBİTAK Science Talks initiative, students from Borsa Istanbul Middle School met with one of our academics, Dr. Sıdıka Burcu Üçok, for a discussion on "Social Media and Combating Addiction." The event, which drew significant interest from the students, covered topics such as the conscious use of social media, the effects of digital addiction, and the roles of families, schools, and individuals in addressing such addictions. Throughout the session, students actively participated by asking questions about topics that piqued their curiosity. The program was attended by the District Director of National Education, Mr. Serdar Eroğlu, and Branch Manager Hüseyin Üstüntaş.
