Energy Management

Efforts are underway at our university to implement the Energy Management System standard, with the aim of ensuring the efficient use of energy resources, reducing energy costs, and promoting environmental sustainability. In this context, the objective is to regularly monitor and analyze energy consumption data and to establish processes for the continuous improvement of energy performance. Aligned with the Energy Management System approach, plans are in place to evaluate energy usage habits, develop energy efficiency projects, and implement practices for the more effective use of resources. Furthermore, the initiative seeks to raise awareness regarding energy efficiency among staff and students, foster a culture of energy conservation, and contribute to institutional sustainability goals. These efforts will not only strengthen the university's compliance with national and international energy management standards but also support the reduction of carbon emissions and the minimization of environmental impacts.
